Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We aim to deliver orders placed before 5pm on weekdays the next day!
Items ordered on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Postage costs:
Free shipping to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
This is a premium shipping method so with track & trace, 1-2 working days delivery in the Netherlands and Germany
Returns:
Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to return it. Items will only be accepted for return if the following conditions are met:
– The items must have been purchased from Dexitex.nl. Custom-made or specially ordered items with unusual sizes, such as extra wide or unusual lengths, are unsellable and will be recycled. A 15% recycling fee will be charged for this.
– Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
– Items should be returned in their original or comparable packaging, if possible.
The customer bears the costs and risk of returning the item. You can send the package to Dexitex.nl, Buurserstraat 15 A, 7481 EG Haaksbergen, the Netherlands. You can also drop off the package free of charge at the store/warehouse. The refund will be transferred to you within ten days of receiving the items.
