- Cancellation or Returns: Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can cancel or return the product within 14 days – under certain conditions. Conditions for canceling or returning your order: According to the “Distance Selling” law, you can cancel your online order free of charge within 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product, provided your order meets the following conditions:
- You must return or hand over the product to us as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract. You are on time if you return the product before the 14-day period has expired.
- The product is, as far as possible, still in its original packaging. You may only evaluate and try the product, just as you would evaluate a product in a physical store.
- If you go beyond what is legally permitted, we may charge a depreciation fee when refunding the amount.
- The product wasn’t customized/ordered specifically for you. Customization is exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that if we modify a product to your wishes and specifications, it cannot be returned. If a custom-made or specially ordered product is returned, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged because it is unsellable and must be recycled.

Specially ordered custom-made mattresses can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours, after which they can be cancelled in consultation (30% cancellation fee)
Specially ordered items (so not stock items) such as length or special width sizes can be cancelled within 7 days, after which a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
Our Customer Service will then contact you to further explain the return procedure.
Postage costs
We deliver all orders for a shipping fee of €2.95 throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refund
In all cases, you will receive a refund of all amounts already paid (including the return shipping costs) as soon as possible, no later than fourteen days after we receive notification of your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.
It is important that the fitted sheets and moltons are returned in the original unopened packaging. Please include the reason for return/order number on an attachment in the package.
