When we receive your order, we’ll contact you to schedule delivery. We’ll then agree on a delivery date and time to avoid a closed door.

We appreciate you considering buying a mattress from us, so we’d like to let you know in advance.
If you’ve decided to buy a mattress from us, you should give your body the chance to adjust. It usually takes a while for your body to adjust to a different mattress. Think of sleeping in a hotel… that’s not always a success, especially not the first night 🙂
That’s why we always offer a four-week exchange guarantee.
If you still can’t get used to your new mattress after 4 weeks, we ask that you return it in its original condition.
Please return it neatly packaged so it arrives undamaged and we can recycle it.
You only pay the (return) shipping costs.
The exchange guarantee is always subject to consultation! Please email us before you plan to return the mattress. This way, we can discuss the best option.
This applies to all standard mattress sizes in our collection (except for custom-made mattresses/covers). Custom-made mattresses are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned.
Returns without prior consultation will incur a handling fee of €75 (shipping and handling costs).
I have a question about a product
Yes, it’s wise to rotate your topper regularly to maximize its lifespan. We recommend rotating your topper regularly (at least 4 times a year).
Our tip: when you change your bedding, you can also rotate the topper. How convenient!
Molton is a roughening process that gives the fabric (usually cotton or polyester) a fleecy and extra-soft surface. An added benefit is that it becomes highly moisture-absorbent. Perfect for sleeping because it’s airy, feels wonderfully soft, and keeps your body cooler for longer. Furthermore, it provides extra protection for your mattress by preventing moisture and stains from penetrating.
So yes, if you want to enjoy your mattress for longer, definitely use a molton mattress cover. This will extend the life of your mattress.
I have a question about personal advice
This depends entirely on your sleep type. Your sleeping position influences how your head rests during sleep. The position you fall asleep in is usually your regular sleeping position. If you tend to toss and turn, we recommend a flexible pillow because you can practically fall asleep in any position. You can then “mold” this pillow to your liking, depending on your current sleeping position.
Generally, sleepers can be categorized as back sleepers, stomach sleepers, or side sleepers.
